Family member had a fall. Spent 8 hours in ER... had to go to nurses station for update 3-4 times while 10 nurses were congregated talking and reading magazines. Patient was admitted for surgery. Early the following morning was advised that patient was to be released. Didn’t happen until after 5 p.m. Terrible administrative effort. Residents and rotating nurse that attended prior to surgery were top notch. Still will never recommend this facility.

Horrible hospital. Dr Singh ran out of the room around 1030am saying she would be back in a minute. 12 hours later, still no Dr Singh..they say this is common, where is the professionalism?

l went there the other day with a severely abcessed tooth..The whole left side of my face was swollen so bad my left eye was closed..l literally looked like a monster..! they were not even that busy & l was there almost 6 hours....l had to practically beg them for something for pain (pain level 9) & they finally gave me one 5 mg Percocet...They did not & would not prescribe anything for pain...lt was literally the worst ER experience l have ever had..!!! Will go somewhere else if l ever need emergency help..!!!!!!!!!
