Everyone at this practice that I met was black. My son is Autistic and we are white. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE TREATED US LIKE FAMILY. I have never experienced that level of kindness, attentiveness, or care at any doctors office. I cannot praise Dr. Collins or his staff enough. Amazing isn't a strong enough word. 3 wisdom teeth were removed and the work was done with precision. My sons mouth stopped bleeding completely in 2 hours. The staff is horrible! Their customer service is so low I wish you could give half a star. I drove my daughter there. We got a call at 11:54am saying we need to be there before 12:15pm. We thought we were fine since GPS said "12:02". She got another phone call at 11:58. We need you here by 12pm. We get there at 12:01pm and the lady says "oh we have to reschedule you".
