My wife and I had gone to this office for years. Then my wife developed medical problems. She called to cancel an appointment and was told that because this is the third cancellation (in 10 years) she either had to drive there feeling faint and lightheaded or be charged fifty dollars! The lack of compassion is disgusting. Needless to say, we don't go there anymore.
