We have had problems with Dr. Schikler's rude manner. He has treated both me and my son as though we were annoying him. The last straw was today, my son, now 20 and only his second time alone for the downtown Louisville appointment, got lost. His appointment was at 4:00. We called at 4:05 to let them know he was close and again at 4:13 to say he was on his way up.
