Totally unprofessional. My father has been a patient with Dr. Mancher for decades. Recently my father was hospitalized and upon his release , Dr. Mancher's office was contacted to work in conjunction with the VNA. The receptionist didn't want to know anything, said that my father had missed his annual exam 3 months earlier therefore they wouldn't be conferring with the VNA. What kind of doctor is that ?
