Dr. Lam is an outstanding physician with the highest ethical standards. He is preeminent in his field. He is beyond devoted to his patients and their families.
If I could give negative stars I would. I am SHOCKED he is still in practice and that both Huntington Hospital and City of Hope would have him on their team. He is rude, flippant and lacks major moral and ethical practice. His mis-prognosis of my family member's cancer has now lead it to spread because he said cancer wasn't serious. What a joke! This guy needs to be in Jail!
Dr. Lam was extremely impatient with my elderly father. It wasn't until I had subtly mentioned that we were cash patients that Dr. Lam had a sudden change in demeanor. Very insulting and unprofessional
