I was attracted by the ratings here. I felt the team was very considerate at the beginning. However, after some experience of mine and my friends, i think the team only care about money. Originally i chose him because thinking speaking Mandarin is easier. But then i went to see other local doctors and found out what is doctor really care about patient. Dr Leong’s experience and sound advice has given us the best gift, who happens to now be sleeping away soundly on my shoulder as I type this recommendation. Originally we were with another OB who had all these accolades and sat on this board and that, but to whom I was just a number. IVF transfer after transfer the advice was just “you’re young, you’ll be fine”. 3 transfers later, I was finally pregnant but it ended in a miscarriage. Absolutely the best rooms of every doctor we've visited. The nurses and Dr Ken is just amazing. Very very friendly accommodating, patient with patients. The best every patient can ask for. No wonder 5 stars for every review. Dr Ken Leong has great attention to detail and is very very meticulous in every way. We are very lucky to have been referred to him through Monash IVF.
