Very pleased with my dental visit. Everyone was very nice.
Front desk staff are extremely hostile. Krista and Lyndsay cornered My Son I made him feel like he could not leave the dentist office until he paid his bill. He is freshly 18 and still a senior in high school. They told him it was his responsibility to pay. He let them know that his dad has always called right after the appointment to to pay over the phone. They demanded that he call my husband immediately. Dr Westbrook and his staff are very professional and friendly! He's an excellent dentist!
We’re live-aboard sailors passing through Beaufort. I needed a crown but couldn’t get to my regular dentist in Florida. Dr. Westbrook (recommended by Carol at Town Creek Marina) gave me an appointment on the day I asked for and was able to do the whole procedure in one visit. Usually a crown requires two visits—first the drilling and temporary crown, then maybe 10 days later, you get the permanent one. I missed an appointment and they dropped my family as their patients. Been going here for many years. Didn't mind paying the cancelation fees, but being dropped completely seems harsh and rude. It is what it is.
