Nurses were very nice but the doctor was far from a class act. He came into the room and read what the nurse wrote down, and said a smart remark about changing my life habits. I knew what was triggering the pain, but what i wanted to know was what the underlying cause of the pain. Felt like the doctor didn't really care. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Fitzpatrick had a great bedside manner. He was easy to talk to and made my husband feel calm and relax. Dr. Fitzpatrick spent more than enough time with us answering questions, calming our fears and telling us what our next steps would involve. He gave us suggestions on how to receive medicine that our insurance did not cover at a lower cost. The office staff was friendly and polite. The nurse was cheerful.
