My suggestion to anyone in the Chautauqua County and Jamestown area, if you have an emergency, CALL AN AMBULANCE!! Its the only way you will receive prompt attention. If its at all possible, either go to Westfield, Dunkirk or any other medical facility in the area. Even of you go to.Urgent care in Lakewood ny,. unless its a very minor problem, you will still NOT RECEIVE the care that you deserve. That is, unless they call an ambulance because you are so sick that you can't wait

My daughter went to WCA emergency room at approximately 12 pm on September 29 and ended up going to the Westfield NY emergency room about 3 to 4 hours later, having to DRIVE HERSELF!!! She had been having abdominal pain for 3 days. She left WCA emergency WITHOUT BEING SEEN. I'd say why she went but that is actually NOT RELEVANT!!!! This hospital shouldn't even have an emergency room whether its understaffed or whatever reason. Chautauqua County and Jamestown in particular isn't a huge area. Signed up online for 12:15 appointment. Asked for text messages. Got none. Showed up 5 minutes early and told it was going to be a 3 hour wait. When I told her I had an appointment, she said 2 hour wait. They could have texted me that they only had 1 provider in the office. Terrible waiting room. Totally full.patient First from now on for me.

Saw Dr Pituch at the south hills office. He and his staff are incredibly rude. I cannot comment on his work, because I decided just to pay the consultation fee and move on to a more proffesional office

Dr. Gardner is a superb surgeon, but the negatives are so strong he can ruin your life. The UPMC Neurosurgery Department is unranked by US News and World Report. My advice to you would be to go to The Cleveland Clinic or Langone in NYC or the Mayo Clinic The review I wrote in December of 2017 was invalidated quickly.

I am a diabetic with past heart triple bypass. I went to the ER for an excruciating pain in my right abdomen. After waiting 5 1/2 hours I asked the girl at the desk if it would be much longer. She informed me that they see people on a priority basis. . .. Really??? The people I saw walking in and out seemed like they went there rather than calling their dr. I would give this dr a star- i was his patient and in end of October2024 I accidentally inhaled sanding wall dust developing aWhezzy cough I called dr Mcadams he order 1 chest X-ray nothing by november 2024 0 findings cough got worse I called for another Xray & granted it then he told me to come in office Instead of telling me what was wrongHe  told Me He didn't like it when patients play Dr? EXCELLENT bedside manner, a true gem, thorough, very friendly, he takes great care! I recommend him highly, doesn't make you wait very long and if so apologizes. Great staff at UPMC as well.

Disappointed with the bill I received from the office of Dr. Philip Pollice. My bill was OVER 1,000 dollars for a single visit because I had a sinus infection. Office charged almost 500 dollars just for the visit because the doctor wrote me a prescription?? Another 600 dollars to look up my nasal cavity with a camera. I called to complain, and the woman said a manager would call me back. it's been weeks and I have not received a call. I will never go to this office again.
