Dr. Chan was always very attentive, patient and through with my care. He treated and guided me through many medical challenges and I was, and remain, most fortunate to have had the benefit of his dedication to his patients' health.
The care Dr. Chan gave to our family could never be replaced. His knowledge and empathy will never be forgotten. Thank-you!!
Dr Chan is an excellent doctor who helped my family members through several difficult health matters. He was knowledgable, professional and empathetic.
My brother was referred to Dr.Chan because he is supposedly trans friendly. Well, he went there the staff and Dr.Chan repeatedly misgendered him and only used female pronouns. And then when my brother told him his preferred name they still didnt care enough to respect his wishes and kept calling him by his old name. Even if you're not part of the LGBT community I think it speaks volumes about how their office treats their patients. It's a big old fail.
