This is mine first time seeing Dr Fan my experience was excellent and nice and informative.
I saw Dr. Kenneth Fan at his Cypress location on Northwest Fwy. This was my 2nd or 3rd time seeing Dr. Fan. He is a very professional, thorough and kind person. He thoroughly explains your condition and treatment options. I never wait more than 10 minutes before being called back for eye scans. I then wait a couple more minutes for the doctor to come in. I am so grateful for the professional service that I received from the staff, technicians, and Dr Fan!! Dr. Fan made me feel extremely comfortable. He explained the entire procedure to me and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure. Thank you!
Dr. Fan’s communication before and after retina procedure is fantastic. Confidence in himself, staff and tools for procedure is apparent. Very efficient staff/group from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
