When my normal doctor didn't have an opening I opted for Dr. Schafermeyer. Right off the bat he was friendly and talkative. He was thorough and answered my questions completely.
He is the best doctor I have gone to my whole family goes to him. He is very knowledgable and looks out for the patient.
I have had very frustrating experience with Dr. Schafermeyers office staff and nurses.I have not seen such a sloppy bunch in recent times.They do not return calls, put me on hold forever.When I called to find my test results,his nurse said she would pull my chart and call back but never did.I feel like a fool calling 4-5 times to find out my test results.They act as if they are getting a kick out of all this.I am so frustrated that i am finally changing the doctor.
