I saw Dr. Shank twice a year for several years. When he sold the practice to a medical corporation, everything changed. I have not seen him since the change. I only see the FNPs now. The phone system changed making it difficult to speak to an individual. Not real happy with all the changes!
Thank you Dr. Shank!!! He saw me today- on the day they close early. He helped me get relief and was so thorough to let me know what exactly he was going to be doing during the procedure. I live out of town but I will definitely see him anytime I'm in town! I can't thank him enough!
Dr. Shank is more than a doctor. He cares about each patient. He is a Godly man and it shows.
Dr. Shank is very nice and I really like him, but his staff is horrible. They are rude, and have the worst attitudes I have ever seen, and I went to they VA for 5 years. Of all the doctors I have been to in my life including the VA I have never seen such disrespectful and petty office staff. It is a same though since Dr. Shank is really great.
