This Dr tried to send a prescription under my name and I don't see this Dr. I'm 600 miles away.
I enjoyed seeing Dr. Phillips for a couple years, and I’d never had any complaints, he was always great, but when I wasn’t able to reach out for a refill on my Zoloft over the weekend I attempted to do so during the week and I was told no, and I asked to speak with the doctor and instead was contacted back and told that I needed to pay for my last visit and schedule an appointment.
