My wife had been unable to speak for several weeks, and we could not get any progress here in Kitsap County so we went to see Dr. Faw in Seattle. He showed us exactly what was the problem (which was a partially torn larynx), and he referred us to a speech therapist who had Marilyn speaking some words on the first visit and restored in only a few months. We were very happy. If you should have a voice problem, I would definitely recommend Dr. Faw.
