My experience with Dr. Bunn and his staff was excellent. I came to see Smile Symphony in extreme the dental at the front address it immediately when I walk in the door and found out what I was allergic to. She showed me to the back and immediately gave me a gel on two swabs that I later found out was 20% benzocaine. She then escorted me back the waiting area and I was seen in not more than 10 minutes. I had a noon appointment today. I arrive 15 minutes early. The front desk staff were oddly dismissive. They treated me like I was an inconvenience. I go back to get my X-rays and cleaning. The tech is also quite rude and dismissive. I cannot understand why everyone seems to be inconvenienced by a customer. Their tone, and body language was off putting and frankly, very rude. Dr Bunn is amazing! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, he provides reassurance, is patient and kind. I definitely recommend him.

Waited hours in the back without getting anyone to come and say anything to me, even though I said I was in unbearable pain when I came in. The dental assistants just laughed and walked away. It’s a joke to them. Don’t come here they like to see you suffer. They will speak Spanish to each other and laugh if you’re begging for someone to help you out with anything that will help with tooth pain. If you come be prepared to waist hours of your day and hope that you aren’t showing up in pain.
