Excellent! Each time my children have seen Dr. Banasiak, he always asks them how they are, tells them about the procedure and what’s going to happen at the next appointment. He’s good about answering questions. Overall, office staff is nice but a couple could be friendlier but they’re always good about working with us on scheduling, even last minute.
We are not happy with the outcome. When we questioned about the final results, it was simply explained as "this is the best we can do". The doctor also did not follow the suggested procedure as what was discussed at the consultation meeting. We went to the office for the service recommended for Dr. Nettune, but unfortunately he retired and we did not have a choice.

I was referred by my dentist to Dr Banasiak because my teeth were loose and I needed braces. Dr Banasiak reviewed my case and recommend jaw surgery along with braces. He recommended Dr Momtaheni in New York. They worked as a terrific team on my case and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them as a team for anyone in need of a complex oral plan, either for a child or in my case an adult.
My kids’ smiles look great and our experience has been 100% positive thanks to Dr. B’s expertise and an efficient, professional and caring staff.
Orthodontist office is extremely overloaded with patients, and then doctor is too busy to answer questions. Doctor processes patients like the office is a factory and patients are just a number. Office staff appears arrogant and impatient. Doctor asks patients to contact office if any questions, but then he doesn’t return calls. Office staff reviews medical treatment with patients instead of doctor. Parking for patients at the office is sometimes impossible.
I am just getting started with my braces and it has been an easy process so far. Everyone is kind and supportive at the office. I know I have many months to go but I feel confident and positive. Dr Banasiak and his staff are very understanding and take the time to explain everything to me. I can't wait to see my new smile. Thank you!
