This is actually a rating for Rachel Thompson, the physicians assistant in Dr. Adkisson’s Office… I had an appointment with her today, January 31. She listened to everything I had to say, answered all the questions I had to ask with compassion and patience. she was very informative as to what our plan was going to be. It was a very good office visit. I felt so much better when I left than when I came in.
I would give 0 stars. My routine/well visit was coded incorrectly and they refuse to correct it. Then turn me over to collections because I will not pay for their mistake
