Arrived early for my surgery. I was kept waiting a full 30 minutes past my appointment time. When Kendra Tan finally decided to honor my appointment, I ran to the bathroom for 2 seconds. Instead of advising me I would lose my spot, they went ahead and took someone else ahead of me. I will never allow a person like Dr Tan to make money off me.
