Dr wagner is no longer my child’s Dr but was forced to call his office because my child had a missing shot on the immunization record he administered years ago luckily the nurse at the HD noticed and asked me to double check I called his office 12/18 twice and was told that shot was never given to my child no record found the nurse at the HD insisted and said that shot is normally given with varicella at 18 months my child is now 5 so the second dose for that shot is now do the nurse scheduled to come back in 6 weeks for the... read more

I’ve been an ER nurse for 15 years I’ve worked in multiple states and health care facilities. With that being said; this is one of the kindest, most personable physicians I’ve ever met. He listens to you and develops a healthcare plan that works best for you and your little one. The office is remarkably clean, with plenty of parking. The doctor himself is great, but the office doesn’t know how to effectively schedule and I’ve never been in there and it not take less than an hour, hour and a half, every single appointment before the doctor even gets to my room and that is just ridiculous. If we get charged late fees for being late or missing an appointment, then the office should respect our time just as much. The three stars are literally only for how sweet and polite the doctor is when he’s actually there.
