Dr Thomas is very kind and caring. He listens and explains everything. Is willing to work you in with an emergency. His staff is likewise. Wonderful clinic!
Forgot to call in my husband's prescription. Appointment was at 11 a.m. husband was told he did not have to wait for prescription as they would call it in. The office closed at noon. At 3:30 I called pharmacy - no prescription. I called doctor's office - call center said they cannot contact the doctor on call unless it is an emergency. Guess my husband will be miserable all weekend.
