Ken is an outstanding doctor. He solved a mystery health issue for me in a short space of time. He coordinated other physicians and procedures till he figured out what my symptoms meant. And after one visit, he always remembered to call me by my first name, which was comforting to me as I faced my health problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Tan.
I went to Dr Ken Tan at Doncaster private for a stomach bacteria. He was late for 1 hour with no explanation - it turns out very obvious why - the next patient was 1 hour later after me, and he don’t want to stay there, so he would rather keep me waiting without telling me. Even more shocking is he couldn’t find my examination result from my GP. So he just ask me how I feel instead of look at the examination results. I was admitted to Doncaster private hospital for routine colonoscopy, three months ago. I had no pain. The hospital was understaffed, the nurse was so surly, Uncooperative, and there was no sandwich after a 30 hour fast. The procedure by Ken Tan was rushed through, and consequently, I came home in severe pain. My sacro iliac joints had been severely injured. Had my gastroscopy and colonoscopy done by Dr.Ken Tan, a pleasant experiance indeed. He took time to explain the report after the procedure and ensure all good before going home. He even contacted me a night before to ensure my bowel preparation was going well. Thank you Ken!
