I booked an appointment a few weeks ago, I even got a text reminder this past Friday. I called today and apparently there is no record of my appointment. The woman on the phone was not helpful and said if I hadn't called and were to show up at my appointment that I would have been turned away. Very bad customer service and professionalism. No accountability or apology for the mistake. I will be going to a better dentist in Woodstock from now on.
Very unprofessional staff. I would look elsewhere when considering a dentist.

Ken Craven’s Dental Office is definitely my preferred place for dentistry. They are always willing to accommodate your schedule if at all possible and even come in on his day off for a dental emergency. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the work or the welcome I receive each time I visit.
Have been going here for years and am now a senior. Helen, their hygienist, does an amazing job at keeping my teeth clean, is gentle and friendly. Dr. Craven too, is a wonderful dentist, and he too has done a great job of keeping my teeth in good condition. Carol
