How is my child supposed to like coming here when all they do is play these depressing commercials about their hospital..like ok we get it we're here... can you not make the experience be any colder and uninviting. The kids and the parents would appreciate it alot.
My 10-year-old daughter recently had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy with Dr. Kwong, and we had an excellent experience. Dr. Kwong is very thorough—he explained everything clearly beforehand, including all the possibilities of what could occur and what to watch out for. His style is direct rather than “fluffy,” which I really appreciated, because it gave us confidence that he was being honest and straightforward. His team was also wonderful. horrible place - stay away!!! I wish I could have given the minus points. I signed in for my 10AM appointment and paid my copay the night before.When arriving at the front desk they still demanded that I signin. I did not have a hard copy of my ID but showed them an image on my phone and then on laptop. But they refused to accept it claiming that I had to send it to them by email. But the wifi did not work!
