Was very sorry to hear that there was a family emergency and that she had to cancel my appointment. No return call. I called to reschedule, hoping to get something near the same date as the original appointment. Was told that her next available is 4 months out! You would assume that if one's appointment had to be canceled on their part, you would be their first priority and that they would make every effort to get you in in a timely manner. Not to be. Seems like the staff didn't care, either.
