One star simply because I had to request a new referral from my PCP as the scheduler stated my referral was outdate from 2 weeks ago that I am visibly looking at in hand and can see in my own chart. I do not wish to be seen at a clinic that can not navigate a computer system properly.
Great physician. Very thorough and took the time needed to discuss everything. When I called asking if a follow up sppt was necessary, instead of his staff calling he called me.
I was alone in Phoenix for a college internship and a lump appeared in my neck. I called many ENTs for an appointment and Dr. Kelsch’s office heard my concerns and got me an emergency appointment. I immediately was taken care of and had to have surgery for a branchial cleft cyst. Dr. Kelsch did an amazing job and is a great ENT in Phoenix!
Dr. Kelsch is very welcoming, professional and just fun! Always very attentive and pleasure to work with. My nose surgery went well and I’m happy with the results.
Excellent doctor that is skilled, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I had my deviated septum repaired and it’s finally opened up my nose so I can breathe through my nose. The process was smooth and easy cause I felt like I had clear instruction and quality care along the way. I’m happy with the results and would highly recommend Dr. Kelsch to anyone.
