Great staff
I took my daughter to her appointment yesterday and we ended up waiting for 30-40 minutes before I went up and asked the receptionist how much longer it would be… She came back and said that it would be another 30 minutes before we could be seen. I can totally see how occasionally you can run behind in an appointment based business that can be unpredictable. The lack of communication is what I don’t understand. The office manager has followed up multiple times since and put forth a lot of effort to help me get the prescriptions I needed. Least reliable Dermatology office I've ever been to. The doctor was nice the office staff all seemed professional but I have had such a hard time getting 2 prescriptions I requested. It's been almost 3 months and I'm not any closer to getting my prescriptions partly due the misinformation received by the specialty pharmacy from the dermatology office.
