Dr. Ott is awesome and the nurses rock. No complaints. She is excellent. Her office staff, however, are rude, unhelpful, and never go out of the way to help you understand billing or scheduling questions. There are always 3-5 of them chatting but I'd you ask a question you would think they were all incredibly busy 24/7.
