Very friendly, personable, and professional. Took the time my issues in a way myself and my family could understand. Overall very happy with the care I received from Dr. Collins.
Dr.. Collins is an outstanding doctor; she is especially extraordinary in the area of traumatic brain injuries. She is board certified in TBI's. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, a listener and an ethical advocate for her patients on their struggles toward recovery. Medically, her patients are her number one priority. This speaks profoundly considering the political landscapes inherent in today's healthcare systems: worker's comp, long-term Disability and insurances. She cares. Deeply.
After several appointments with Dr. Kelly Collins for back pain her only conclusion to my condition was that I was making excuses. The only reason she came to this conclusion was because she ran out of options as to what to do. I will not go back to Dr. Collins & will not recommend her to anyone!
She is very comprehensive and cares about her patients' physical and emotional health. She does an excellent job of working with other providers and will make appropriate referrals. She's been great to work with, she respects the patient as an equal in the team.
