Dr. Nelson was unprofessional. He interrupted me many times while I was trying to explain my issues. He did not attempt to fix my issue.

A standard wait is approximately 30-40 mins after the scheduled appointment. I was less than 10 mins late because I was at another WVU medicine appointment. The front desk staff was completely rude and would not let me keep my appointment. The standard for WVU medicine is 15 mins past appointment time to force a reschedule. There was no one in the waiting room. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional.
Do not go there. They price gouge tests and you have nothing but issues with their billing.
