Kelly is very knowledgeable, and a really great listener. She has helped with a number of issues that I’ve had over the years- and has always taken the time to explain everything and to check in. Absolutely recommend!
Previous customer 2019-2021 and called today to see if I could be seen for a popped out rib in my back and in a lot of pain. Left voicemail before opening, called twice after opening. Office receptionist said she was just about to call me and since I hadn’t been seen since 2021 the earliest she could schedule me was March. Taylor has always been hard to communicate with but clearly Dr. McCone doesnt care about her patient’s situation or whether they are in pain.
