Dentist Amanda Kerns tortured my 4 yr old grandson, first she did 2 caps without numbing him at all. She was extremely unprofessional and had no bedside manor at all. She offered him no comfort at all. She told him that what she was doing did not hurt although he was screaming at the top of his lungs. A year ago I would have given 5 stars. Not anymore. My seven year old needed a filling and a cap. The last time she had to have this she did not tolerate it well as she really did not like the nitrous mask on her nose but it was successful. This time they gave us medication to take prior however she still was too upset with the nose mask. One last attempt was made this past week with no success.
