Unless you get implants for 40k, Dr. Olsen has no interest in providing quality service. I experienced this again today after again trying to get him to rectify a problem with misaligned dentures.
I had called weeks before to try and have an extraction, I have 2 insurance that cover, this could have been handled over the phone, instead they let me find out coming into to their office that they would not bill the Medicaid portion of insurance, I explained I have RA and needed tooth pulled immediately, just one, basically you better have plenty of money, they told me they would not make any money that way. I have massive anxiety from past trauma with dentist! I had a tooth that needed to be removed and I was so comfortable in this office they did not have to use sedation to calm my anxiety. This is the day after my extraction and I feel amazing. My swelling is almost gone, I haven’t had any bruising as of yet, and I’m all ready healing.
