I went to see Dr. Hansen after I was not satisfied with the care I was getting elsewhere. I could not be more thrilled that I found Dr. Hansen in his practice. She is obviously extremely knowledgeable and she is very compassionate and caring. I had only just lost my hearing in my right ear due to a virus, and I was struggling with coming to terms with “my new normal”, and I cried at almost every visit.
