Dr Kelly Hankins and the lovely ladies that work at reception made every encounter I had with them very friendly and caring, easy, and they took the time to make sure I understood what was going to happen before, during and after my procedure. They made me feel calm and happy and I’m very grateful for what everyone in the team did for me.
