Wait time can be better but Dr. Wilson is the best
I have been a long-time patient at this practice, but unfortunately, the consistent lack of professionalism has become unacceptable. Despite scheduling appointments well in advance, I have routinely experienced wait times exceeding an hour, whether in the waiting room or left undressed in a cold exam room. At my most recent visit, I scheduled the first appointment of the day in hopes of avoiding delays. Very good! Very attentively gives all the explanations that are asked of her, she transmits confidence.
Dr. Wilson is amazing. She listens to my concerns and looks out for my wholistic well being. She’s smart and stays current with the constantly evolving medical field. I feel lucky to have found her office. Bonus: her office staff have that same care and concern for patients. 5 stars!
I have spent an hour waiting for a less than 2 min check up. This is very disrespectful for my time. When trying to address it, the lady at the reception was very rude and dismissive. Looks like this office doesn’t value me as a person and I will not be coming back.
