She is a great Doctor.
Dr Geary was lovely as I went with a friend to help her navigate the system. But follow up and response to office calls and messages was totally unprofessional. Additionally, follow up with results was medically inappropriate.
Been a patient for 9 years. Never did a blood test or anything else, except for BP and a prescription refill. Had new symptoms, saw the doctor, and got a higher dose of meds but I still had the same symptoms. She told me to keep her updated. So I spoke to the answering service and gave a complete explanation and was told the doctor would call back. She never did. I called again and was assured THIS time the doctor would call me back, but she never did. Her way of saying find another doctor.
I wish I could give zero stars. I will never be going back to this office again. I was unaware with new insurance that I needed a referral for my appointment. It took about 20 minutes for the referral to be sent over and after that time I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment, even though Dr. Geary walked into the office 15 mins past the start of my appointment. The staff was rude and inconsiderate of my situation. Honestly, the worst service I have ever received.
Dr. Geary is an exceptional doctor. I've been with her since my MS diagnosis. She has never once "sugar coated" the reality of my condition or spoken down to me. She takes the time to really listen to how I am feeling and gives creedance to my knowledge of my body. She has, time and time again, fit me in when I need an urgent appointment for a flare up. I'm so grateful for her assistance through this illness.
My father has been a Parkinson's patient for almost 17 years. For most of that time Dr Geary has treated him most professional and compassionately. Her availability when issue come up has been excellent both with visits, phone and text responses. When other Doctors have been less than helpful Dr Geary has been Dad's greatest advocate. I deal with many medical professionals for both of my parents, myself, and also my many clients as a Financial Advisor. I rate Dr Gear as one of the best !
Dr. Geary was able to figure out my complex diagnosis where others could not. She is kind, caring, and professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend her.
Possibly the worse doctor I have ever come in contact with. She is unprofessional, poor communication, lacks empathy and understanding. After several visits and tests, we were no further along in a diagnosis and ended up more confused. We had to find a new doctor and start over from scratch.
