Worst medical staff I have ever dealt with in my 69 years. Rude and uncaring. I was sent a mailer assuring V.I.P. healthcare! What a joke. I wouldn't recommend these jerks to my worst enemy. I would rather do without healthcare than use these jerks. I intended to report them to Medicare as well as United Heath Care. Take my advise and stay away from these arrogant jerks.
Dr. Kellie Muniz is an excellent doctor. She listen to our concerns for fertility and gave us her input in decisions that me and my husband should take towards the future. I have been in this office 3 times. The star in here is mostly for her. The staff is very disorganized and not mindful of the patients waiting. I waited more than 1 hour on my 2 first appointments. On the 3rd day they had to reschedule because it was too busy. They have another waiting area all the way in the back by the exit. You cant even hear your name ... read more
We made an appointment for my wife and they said they had called us advising that appointment was moved to a month later. We never received a call and they waited 45 minutes after check in and paperwork to advise we have no appointment. Terrible experience.
