She didn't make me aware of al loptions told ins company I had gangrene I did not replaced Vein and she saw me once then iwaa told she left the vascular office...2 months later the Vein failed and Amputation was performed

Dr. Rose did my eliac bypass surgery plus two neck surgeries. I am 81 years old and doing good. she is the best.
HORRIBLE! Utterly and completely incapable. After waiting months for an appointment they dragged me to the office TWICE for no reason. First time the office is CLOSED! and second time time they made me wait in the waiting room for over 45 minutes before telling me they didn't have my appointment, even though they called me to confirm it the day before. Then, they literally couldn't care any less. I took off work twice and paid for parking twice for no reason. I'll refer them to my worst enemy
Had several visits to her facility. People from who welcom and register you, to nurses,to Andrew who does ultra sound to Dr herself treat you so well, I have nothing but praise for them. When I call them for appointments or questions, people like Jeanell talk to me so nicely. Thanks Dr Rose for your patience and answering all que. on my list. THANK YOU ALL!
Dr. Rose came on the day after Christmas for my surgery. I thought she had a great sense of humor, explained everything in detail. I couldn't have asked for more. I was extremely tense and scared, Dr. Rose made me feel like I was getting the best care available.
