I had a crown placed here about a year ago, and it has fallen off twice within this period. After the first incident, I paid $250 for the re-cementation. Six months later, the crown came off again. I have reached out through the contact form on the website and by SMS, but I have not received any response. I would really appreciate a follow-up, as I believe this should be covered under a workmanship guarantee rather than being charged again. I’d like to resolve this politely and professionally.
