I had such a great experience at your office. The front desk staff were super warm and welcoming, and the dentist took his time with me. He listened to all my concerns, answered every question, and explained my treatment plan really clearly. When he gave me the shot, he actually used a vibrating toothbrush type device to help with the pain, and I was shocked at how well it worked. I gave this office a couple of chances, but unfortunately I don’t feel it’s the right fit for me. At my first visit (a cleaning), the staff was polite but not especially welcoming. The hygienist was rough, didn’t explain what she was doing, and didn’t provide protective eyewear. The dentist didn’t introduce himself; I only realized he was the dentist by his scrubs. We had the BEST experience here after leaving our previous office due to trauma. I can’t recommend this team enough. My son is actually looking forward to going back and that is huge after being so terrified to see another dentist. 10/10 experience.
