Very rude!! He refused to speak to me directly as I’m deaf I brought in my mother and the cad had the balls to say to me it’s not my fault he’s deaf. Your mom can explain what was said in the meeting. I don’t wish I’ll refuse on anyone but after he threw my mother and I out all I can say is karma got him!!
