Horrible staff service I’ve been calling for like 4 days and they still won’t answer the phone I think I’m going to have to call my insurance again
I love Dr. Randle as a medical provider, but the staff at her office may need to be augmented. They are too busy to answer the phone, ensure the phone system is personalized, and they do not seem to have the time to return calls. Prior authorizations suck for the provider and the patients, but Providers must have someone dedicated to ensuring that referrals and prior authorizations are completed in a timely manner, as it could be a life-or-death situation for a patient.
