I love Dr. Randle as a medical provider, but the staff at her office may need to be augmented. They are too busy to answer the phone, ensure the phone system is personalized, and they do not seem to have the time to return calls. Prior authorizations suck for the provider and the patients, but Providers must have someone dedicated to ensuring that referrals and prior authorizations are completed in a timely manner, as it could be a life-or-death situation for a patient.

Customer Service is Horrible, you're only as good as the people who work for you. The Clerks/Techs at the front are unresponsive They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, they appear to be upset with you for your continuous calling.I attempted to call in a needed 3 mos supply for Ezetimibe for refill, it was ignored 3 times. It is a necessary med but it was ignored each time. I had to change Dr.'s for my on good and Good luck with this practice. I really wanted to support but they made it Impossible!
