Did this provider thoroughly explain your procedure and the recovery process? Yes, the entire process was thoroughly explained and they answered all my questions
Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I really appreciated that they didn't schedule my procedures all on the same day, and spread them out over the course of a few weeks. That way, my surgeries didn't take as long, and my risk for complications was reduced. I felt like they really cared about my safety and well-being.
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Dr. Rae did exactly what Iasked for. I have never been happier. His professionalism is more than I could have asked for.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
