I'll update this review soon, and hopefully with a higher score. I feel that this practice is in need of modernization - the quality of care is fine, it's just how they bill... they spend a lot of money sending out letters instead of emails, they spend a lot of time - mine and there's - trying to collect on payments... in my case for just a $40 bill I bet that they've spent $100 on labor, postage, paper, materials, etc., etc. while I've spend a value of around $200 of my time to get this one bill paid. Very disappointed in this Dr. Office. They would not let me come to their office and I had been in the ER twice and very sick,( nothing to do with Covid) not everything is about that. I had to finally find a different Dr. Their advice over the phone was not helpful at all and I felt like I was a waist of their time. And of course you get a bill from them when they have done nothing!
