S Oli: For the record: I have NEVER denied any airman or applicant a Medical Certificate. AME’s do not deny airman Medical Certification. A denial comes directly from the FAA Flight Surgeon. An AME will DEFER (distinctly different) for various reasons, usually medical and sometimes legal issues. Additional information is gathered per FAA requirements and final disposition regarding those issues is determined after an FAA Flight Surgeon’s review. What you have posted if false and misleading.
