Terrible outcome with cataract surgery. He recommended putting in a toric lens and single focus of distance. After surgery, I cannot see highway signs like I was able to before, and have a lot of blurriness. This has not improved and it is now more than 1 year later. I have been told by many other eye doctors, that I have severe astigmatism - which doesn't make sense because the toric lens was supposed to make it better (if I had it all before) - not worse, and that I have NEAR vision in the operated eye, not DISTANT vision ... read more
Dr. Skolnick along with the Fort Lauderdale Eye Institute team is the absolute best! Techs Jasmine, Rahim, and Marbel were so kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Skolnick is a phenomenal ophthalmologist. He is very caring, passionate, and knowledgeable. THE BEST!
