He and his team came to review our Anesthesia Department (not invited by our department) but only talked with a handful (not the most aware of the issues) of people in the Department and made recommendations that generated a downward spiral of dissatisfaction and anxiety when we saw hard working colleagues being marginalized and penalized and poor performers / unprofessional ones to remain untouched.
