Staff was outwardly polite, but seemed less than genuine when discussing my concerns. Out of the 3 people that came in my exam room, seems at least one should have been able and willing to answer my question regarding lidocaine. Never met the doc, nor the pa I was told would most likely be performing the procedure. I find that odd. I can't recall ever having had this procedure and NOT met the person doing it beforehand. I won't be going back.
