Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with a GI doctor. He listened to me. Allowed me to ask questions. He helped me understand so much more about my condition than when I walked in. Helped me set up a plan for my specific condition. We all know going to a doctor isn’t a fun task but you can truly find peace and comfort knowing that Dr Obstein actually cares about his patients. Finally a doctor who listens, asks the right questions and makes a diagnosis, orders the right tests and you're on your way to regaining your health. After being sick for several months and losing too much weight Dr Obstein put me on an eating plan and medication and many tests. Then when I began to feel up to it, he did an endoscopy, colonoscopy and gastric empty. 2 months later I am feeling better and my problem is under control. In my opinion, he is awesome.
